At Southern Belle Boutique by Mayte, we want you to absolutely love every single piece you receive! However, we completely understand that sometimes an item doesn’t work out quite as planned. If that happens, our team is here to help make it right.

✨ Order Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your purchase? We are happy to accommodate cancellations for a full refund on unshipped items! You may cancel your order at any time within our 3-day processing window, provided that a shipping tracking number has not yet been generated. Once a tracking number is sent to your inbox, the package is officially on its way and the order can no longer be canceled.


The Return Policy Details
Store Credit Only: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery in exchange for an E-Gift Card (store credit). Your store credit never expires and will be sent directly to the email address on file for your order.

Return Conditions: To qualify for store credit or an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags securely attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.

Final Sale Items: All Holiday and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are also unable to accept returns or issue store credit for Gift Cards.

    Damages & Issues
    Please inspect your beautiful new items as soon as they arrive! If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at southbelle24@hotmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and fix it for you right away.

    Due to our boutique's ever-changing, fast-moving inventory, the quickest way to ensure you get the exact size or style you want is to return your original purchase for store credit. Once your return is authorized and processed, you will receive your E-Gift Card via email, which you can use to place a new order immediately!
