Our Goal
We want you to love every piece you receive! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out quite as planned. We’re here to help make it right.

Return Policy
  • Store Credit Only: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery for an E-Gift Card (store credit). Store credit never expires and will be sent to the email address on file.
  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition for  an exchange —unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Final Sale: All Holiday and Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept returns on Gift Cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at southbelle24@hotmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and fix it for you.

Exchanges
Due to our ever-changing inventory, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original purchase for store credit. Once your return is processed, you can use your E-Gift Card to place a new order.
